Dr. Garcia graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Alabama. Dr. Garcia is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Garcia graduated medical school from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital in Syracuse, New York. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Alabama. Dr. Garcia is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
